6th Jimmy Anderson Opens on January 21st at 8 PM
Registration for the 6th Jimmy Anderson Junior Boys’ Invitational opens on Tuesday, January 21st at 8 PM. This year’s event has been promoted to a Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) event. All competitors must have a USGA handicap index of 15.0 or lower. In order for us to verify the handicap, all players must have a GHIN number tied to their on line registration profile. Your GHIN number can be obtained from the club where you keep your handicap.
Another change for 2014 is that with the success of the invitational, we have divided the tournament into two events. The boys’ event will be held each spring while the girls’ event will be conducted each fall. The girls’ event will be run jointly by the Carolinas Golf Association and the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls’ Tour. The girls’ event will be conducted on October 4-5, 2014 at Jacksonville CC in Jacksonville, NC. More information regarding the girls’ event will be sent out over the summer.
