Three qualifying spots and two alternate positions are available at this qualifying site.
Reigning North Carolina Amateur Champion Joshua Martin of Pinehurst, NC fired a final round 69 to finish at five-under 139 to claim medalist honors and punch his ticket to Atlanta. Patrick Stephenson of Four Oaks, NC (142) and Harrison Rhoades of Raleigh, NC (143) claimed the other two qualifying spots.
The three qualifiers will advance to the United States Amateur Championship at Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, GA from August 11-17, 2014.
