West End, NC –The TYGA is returning the beautiful Keith Hills Golf Club in Buies Creek, NC on October 18th and 19th for the 2014 TYGA State Championship. Keith Hills Golf Club has 27 championship caliber golf holes designed to separate the best players in the field. The format is 36-holes of individual stroke play with 18 holes being played each day. There are no age divisions for the event. Trophies will be awarded to the top five finishers in the girls’ division and top ten in the boys’. Last years field consisted of the top 80 males and 30 females from the Tarheel State. With over 100 players competing in 2013 only Madison Moosa of Charlotte NC and Eric Bae of Raleigh, NC were able to walk away with the title “State Champion.”
Registration for the event opens on September 2.
